How to keep the brain healthy

    I think I have a very healthy brain. I exercise everyday, I eat lots of healthy food and I especially love vegetables, fruit, seeds and nuts AND I drink lots of water. I try and drink at least 3 bottles of water everyday. What do you do to keep your brain healthy?
